I am [CV] a PhD Candidate at Information & Decision Sciences Department at College of Business Administration, University of Illinois at Chicago (UIC). My dissertation committee is Dr. Yuheng Hu.

My current research aims to understand the importance of digital technology platforms for customer complaint management to design and implement of customer service strategies that align with the brand goals of increasing customers engagement and enhancing brand image. In addition, my research aims to uncover the various societal, economic, and environmental impacts of these digital technology platforms.
